Séjour très bien passé, lieu impeccable et contrairement à ce que j'ai pu voir dans un commentaire qui m'avait refroidi, il n'y aucune punaises de lits et j'ai pu dormir sereinement.

WORST EVER! Manager made us WAIT IN THE COLD, DARK RAIN b4 he ever gave us the code to enter our room. (Witnesses pl verified this.) Then that same apt has NO HEAT. We called and emailed him, to no avail. Thereafter he verbally accosted us, as he has all negative commentaries b4 i finally had to tell him to STOP HARASSING his rentors. PS the pics of the apt are FALSE and his name is not even Sam but WALID. Never again!

FRAUD! Posted FAKE photos of a different apt, NOT the one in question. Also fake name: not "Sam" but Walid. Under investigation by security at Booking and at other sites. The apt itself has non-working appliances and is in an old, delapidated state. NEVER AGAIN

სუფთა და ყველაფრით აღჭურვილი აპარტამენტი,დუშგელი,შამპუნი,პირსახოცები,სამზარეულოში ყველა საჭირო ნივთი.ანტვერპენის ცენტრალურ ქუჩაზე მდებარეობს,გარშემო მაღაზიები,კაფეები.მეირის ქუჩაზე 5 წუთში მისასვლელი.კიბეები არის ძალიან ვიწრო და ბარგის ჩამოტანა გაგვიჭირდა.ეგ მინუსიც არაა,იმიტომ რომ ანტვერპენის ყველა სახლში ვიწრო ხის კიბეებია.დიდი მადლობა სემს,სულ ხაზზეა და მზადაა დასახმარებლად

We stayed in the appartment two nights. The apartment seemed nice, until the final morning when we discovered bedbugs (bedwantsen!) in all of the beds of one apartment. We requested at least a partial refund, but we were only offered a voucher for two people. The owner accused us of bringing them, which is not possible since we come from different households. He then threatened us to pay for the costs to get rid of them…
The people who slept in the infected apartment had bites all over their body.
As far as he told us he took measurements to get rid of the bedbugs. But we really did not appreciate all the rude messages and the lack of compensation.
Would definitely not recommend

Just a perfect place to stay in Antwerp! The best! Everything was incredible, the location, the loft itself, the communication with the owner, EVERYTHING!
