Het bedrijf heeft toegewijde medewerkers die bereikbaar zijn en snel en efficiënt reageren op elk bericht dat je hen stuurt.
Tijdens mijn twaalfjarig verblijf in een van hun huizen deed de firma inspanningen om mijn wooncomfort te verhogen (nieuwe keuken, nieuw tuinhuis met carport, ... ). Men is ook correct in het afhandelen van financiële zaken.
Huren bij Bostoen biedt ook op een andere manier comfort: je kan blijven huren zolang je dat wenst. Een zekerheid die op de huurdersmarkt eerder uitzondering is dan regel.
Een goede huurder zijn bij een goed vastgoedbedrijf: voor beide partijen een win-win!

I have a rented apartment from IFB with a water leak since 2020 !!! They were notified since the first day that this happened but then is has reached to a point that the pipes of the heating are full of rust, walls and floor damaged and they left me with a big hole on the ceiling. Now It’s January 2023 and the problem is still not solved. They are absolutely miserable, they take a very long time to do something and they just don’t care about the clients.
