unreliable agency, I rented an apartment through this agency, leaving it in perfect conditions without getting my deposit of €3300 back. In particular, in one year a half months of rent I took care of the ordinary maintenance of the house and I always paid the rent on time. Therefore I do not understand why they did not return my deposit even though I contacted Charlotte Pasquero by email or phone.......be careful about renting apartments with this agency. This review is to warn future landlords of the certain failure to return the security deposit.

A terrible experience with the Antwerp agency for the rent of a property in the centre of the city. Our real estate agent Kimberly wasn't present on important meetings, failed to communicate between the owners and us, did not anticipate to the situation at all and told us moving was not possible a couple of days before the move. Afterwards she hid behind rules & regulations. No one came forward or took responsibility for these issues. A major disillusion.
